Please be aware, however, your personal information will be used to support your customer relationship with Global Secure Services. If you are accepted and become a GSS Certifed Broker you have the option of GSS hosting and creating a business website for you or your company. Owning your own site requires domain name registration and this information by rule of law, has to be available to the public. Since domain name registration information is available to the public, anyone can access it through "Whois" searches. The Whois database is a publicly accessible database that lists the domain name and content information of each registrant. The domain name registration you provide to us is available to the public. At times our customers may have been included within searches of the Whois database. However, any spam received from information retrieved from Whois does not in any way come from GSS. If we find that any account with us is being used for the purpose of sending spam, we take action to shut it down as soon as possible.

We will never give any information about you to others without your expressed written permission. For example, we will supply your domain information to the domain name registry to enable the registration of your domains or if a problem arises within your domain name registration. Our site uses forms in which you give us contact information (like your name, address, and e-mail address) so you can place orders, request information and support, and make product suggestions, receive news and updates. We use your customer information only when it will be important for us to contact you regarding functionality changes to our products, our web site and new GSS services.

We use information gathered about you from our site for statistics (for example your IP address, and referring urls) to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. This is common practice. We also gather broad demographic information from this data to help us improve our site and make your browsing experience more enjoyable and our services more valuable to you. Service Provider - We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These types of companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Tell-A-Friend - If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. GSS will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. GSS stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may email the GSS Contact Center to request the removal of this information from our database.
