  We had the biggest money deal that we had ever contracted fall through at the last minute when one of our manufacturers couldn't meet the schedule. I called my account manager at GSS to moan and groan and she immediately went to work and found another source for the product we needed. The deal was saved but the biggest lesson I learned was never, ever give up and when you need help, ask for it.
